Otherwise the dirt will group together and might damage the insides of your jacuzzi.
Also you need to check the pH level of the water regularly. You can buy tools for this at your local jacuzzi-dealer. When you check the pH level it should be between 7.4 and 7.6. Any higher or lower and you need to adjust this, with the same tools you can get at the jacuzzi-dealer.
